Attention School Nurses: We are aware of issues with the Action Report currently displaying only students have a an exemption recorded. The vendor is currently working on this and estimate to have this report fixed by the 2nd week of December.
Attention VOMS users: With the upcoming holiday season and limited shipping schedule, we will have a shortened window for vaccine delivery. Provider's December orders must be submitted by 5:00 pm EST on Monday, December 9th in order for the Vaccine Management staff to have sufficient time to review and approve orders. This includes both your regular and influenza orders. Orders placed after 5:00 pm EST on this date will not be shipped until January 2, 2019 or after.
Attention: CHIRP will be under the vendor's maintenance window every Monday between 7 PM and 10 PM. CHIRP and PHC-Hub will be unavailable during this time to allow for the vendor to make system updates. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.
