Attention: VOMS Providers please note, You need to log into CHIRP (Orders/Transfers menu) once you receive your vaccines at your facility and click on the orders (status will say “SHIPPED”) and click on the “Receive” button to load the lots to your inventory. Attention: Indiana State Law states that all providers must report all administered vaccines given to patients ages 0-19 years to CHIRP. In addition, all pharmacies are also required to report all vaccines administered to patients to CHIRP. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to contact CHIRP if any provider is failing to comply with these State mandates.

|CHIRP Help Desk is available Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5 PM EST with a lunch break between 12:30 PM and 1:00 PM. The Help Desk is closed weekends and on all Indiana State holidays, CHIRP website is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.|
